Return Process

If you want to return or exchange an item, please follow this process:

Where did you buy your garment?
The reason for exchange or return.
What other product do you want in exchange or please specify if you prefer a refund.

2. We will contact you to confirm the return.
Important: PLEASE do not send the package to us until we confirm the return.

3. Prepare and send the package.
Place the items to be returned inside the package and send it to the address that we provide. We must receive it within a maximum of 14 days from the time we confirm the return.

4. Reimbursement of the money or shipment of the new garment.
Once we receive the package and verify the condition of the product, we will send you your new garment or we will refund the corresponding amount and shipping costs within a maximum of 10 days.
